CHILD PLAN
$295 per year
The Individual Savings Plan covers any 1 person, up to 1 person per household.
ADULT PLAN
$385 per year
This Plan covers only 14 and older and absence of periodontal or gum disease.
PERIO PLAN
$595 per year
The Perio Plan covers 14 and older per household.
Program Guidelines
- The Enhanced Smiles 5% subscription discount for family members added to your membership.
- This plan cannot be used with/for: any dental insurance, Worksman compensation, sold products, third party finance, or any other discounts.
- Membership expires 1 year after your registration date, any unused benefits will be forfeited.
- *Cosmetics: Crowns, Veneers, Inlays, Onlays, Bridge, Complete or Partial Denture
- Non-refundable
- Excludes dental products (toothbrushes, toothpaste, whitening gel, etc...)
